If you’re ever unhappy with any *My Koty services or products for any reason, contact our support team.
Language Quest Subscription
Language Quest, provided by My Koty, offers subscriptions for access to its services. We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with Language Quest for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.
After the 7-day period, refunds will not be issued. However, you can still cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
Here are examples of refunds we’d grant:
- If you purchased a Language Quest subscription and decided that it wasn’t the right fit for you within 7 days, let us know, and we’ll issue a full refund.
- If you experience technical issues or any significant service interruptions that hinder your ability to use the service, please contact our support team, and we will work to resolve the issue or offer you a refund if the issue remains unresolved.
Subscription Cancellations
If you cancel your subscription after the 7-day refund window, you will continue to have access to Language Quest until the end of your current billing period. No future charges will be made once you cancel, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

Extended Downtime or Service Issues
In the unlikely event of extended downtime (multiple hours in a day, or multiple days in a month) or if you experience delays in customer service response, we will review your case and may issue a partial credit or refund based on the circumstances.
